Select an entry on the HISTORY tab.
Select ADD AS A CONTACT.
The same Add Contact box appears as seen above.

Click ADD.

Click the MESSAGE icon, to take you to the CommPortal Messages page.
CommPortal shows you the information regarding the call including caller ID, date, time and duration of message.
Click Play to listen to the message.
