Nashville Office - Guest Wireless Access

The guest wireless access is for office guests that are not part of the Epika team or brands. Guest wireless access has the following limitations:

  • Access needs to be requested (steps below)

  • Access will be for 24 hours only and then needs to be requested again

  •  

 

 Requesting Guest Wireless Access Instructions

  1. On your PC, open the area were you select the Wireless network you want to connect to and select the ‘EPIKA Guest’ option and then ‘Connect’

  2. You will be brought to the following page where you enter your name, email address and select ‘Continue’.

  3. Next you will be prompted to enter the email address of the sponsor (Epika staff you are meeting with or someone in the Epika office) that will approve your wireless access request.

  4. You will receive a confirmation that the request was sent.

  5. Now we move over to approving the request since it has been submitted.

 Approving Guest Wireless Access Instructions

  1. The sponsor’s email address you entered will receive an email.

  2. Once the email is opened there will be a link ‘Click here to approve access' you will need to select.

  3. Once the link has been selected, you will be brought to a page that states the user has been approved.

  4. The requesting user will then gain access to the guess wireless.
