In order to get back working successfully, you will need to restore applications to pre function condition. We accomplish this by clearing cache and cookies for the application. From PC it involves signing out of accounts and signing back in with your new credentials. If you have been signed out of your application, it is okay. Here is how we will get back in.

How to CLEAR cache for mobile Outlook application

Step-by-step

  1. Open up the application.

  2. Select your email or photo at top left.

  1. Click the “settings” cog on the bottom left hand side.

  1. Scroll down until you see “accounts”

  1. Click “Remove account”

You’ve Done It! From here, you can just close out the application, open it back up and sign in new.

IMPORTANT Upon sign in, if your credentials already exist or pop up to use existing, you must to press “skip” and manually type in your new credentials. If you miss this step, its likely to bug out and you'll have to start over again.

How to sign back in to Outlook application on your desktop

If you have a laptop and you are unable to get in post-migration, welcome to the bunch.This here will be the solution to all of your problems. - well e-mail related anyway.

Lets start with clearing the current creds in the application.

  1. When you open up the outlook app, you are going to click on “File”. If you can not get to this screen here and it is prompting you to sign in automatically, reach out to us so that we can assist.

  1. Click on “Account settings”

  1. Click on “E-mail accounts”

  1. sFind yours and hit the “remove” button with the x

  1. Next, hit close then go to office account

  1. Look for “Sign Out” after email at the top

  2. Close the app, re-open the app and sign in with your new creds

  3. Upon sign in, if your credentials already exist or pop there, you need to press “skip” or “signin as someone else” and retype your credentials manually.

  4. If this doesn’t work, Please reach out to the help desk as you are a special case that may need your profile in outlook cleared.
