For Droptop to be able to communicate with the network printers installed on a PC the following pieces of software need to be installed.

  3. Then go back to the QZ tray installation to complete it.

  4. Restart Droptop if opened.

  5. Now you can configure the printers within Droptop by select the gear in the top right, then Printing on the left and selecting the printers from the dropdown.

POS Terminal

The POS terminal needs to be powered on and connected to a 2.4GHz wireless network or Ethernet cable which is preferred. The terminal needs to be ‘paired' with the account and the terminal vendor does that. If the device needs to be connected to wifi then on the NOT CONNECTED screen, tap the time, enable wifi, find available networks, tap to join and enter password.
