Accessing Karmak for Deaton

The steps below walk through what is needed to connect to the Karmak application for Deaton.

Instructions

Select the NetExtender icon from your desktop. When prompted enter your password. This should already be setup with the server, username and domain. Select ‘Connect’. (This will not work if the Cisco Secure Client (Any Connect) is running at the same time)).
Once connected, select your desktop shortcut labelled ‘Deaton_Karmak’ and enter your credentials when prompted. This will establish a remote desktop connection to a secure server were you will launch Karmak.
Once the remote session is connected, locate the desktop icon ‘Karmak Business System’ and launch it.
Enter your username, password and if required select the correct Branch/Department. Karmak will now open.
