If you ever get an error message in One drive that looks like this. Its due to a naming issue.

Renaming the file or folder

  1. If you receive the error code shown above then renaming the file or folder is the main step.

  2. If One drive can rename it then an option will appear within the error message to suggest a name for you.

A final note, one of the most common issues is using the file type names “Forms” You cannot create a folder called "Forms" in SharePoint or OneDrive at the root level of the library because there is already a hidden folder called Forms in the root level of every library that is reserved for form templates used to give functionality to the library.
