Accessing the Video Surveillance System

If you have access to the view the video surveillance at certain store locations, the steps below will assist you with getting logged in.
Instructions
To get started the Command Client will need to be installed. This is the application used to access the video feeds for the stores you have access to. If this is not already installed, please submit a ticket to the Helpdesk at helpdesk@epika.io. A technician will be in contact with you to get this installed.
Once the Command Client is installed open the application by double clicking the short cut on your desktop.
Once the application loads, enter in the server IP like in the screenshot below.
Enter in your username and password and login.
If you don’t know your username or password or if they are not working, please submit a ticket to the Helpdesk at helpdesk@epika.io and IT can review your account, reset the password, etc.
