Business Operations Services List Blank

If you are trying to add a service to a ticket within Business Operations and the services list isn’t auto populating with available options to select, the steps below will show you what to do.

The issue is that this list has a threshold of services it can show and once that threshold is reached, it is now blank.

 Instructions

  1. When adding service to a ticket in Business Operations your services list in blank as seen in the screenshot at the top.

  2. In the search field enter an asterisk * and select the search button (binoculars)

  3. The list of services will now populate and you can select the one you want to add.

Highlight important information in a panel like this one. To edit this panel's color or style, select one of the options in the menu.
