Instructions
You can access your Granite Comm portal at the following link: https://commportal.granitevoip.com/login.html
Your username is your phone number and the temp password is ‘Gr@n1t3’.
To change the password once logged in, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the hyperlink "Change Password".
A small window will pop up. Enter your current password, as well as the new password of your choosing. Keep in mind that your new password must have an upper-case letter, lower-case letter, a number, and a symbol. Click "confirm" once satisfied. Your password is now updated!
Forwarding voicemails to email
Once logged in, select the ‘Message Settings’ option from the bottom in the' Your Services' section'.
Check off the box to enable the feature.
Select ‘add an email address and in the pop-up enter your email address and select 'Add’. Then select 'Apply in the top right.
Voicemail Greeting
The Voicemail Greeting subsection allows you to change your voicemail greeting. You may select the desired greeting from the list of options available in the drop down box. All recorded greetings have an asterisk (*) by them.
By selecting the ‘more options’, you also have the ability to record your own greeting and use them for a few different options. If you select the to record your own, a pop-up window will open with controls to record
