Create a new user in Droptop

The steps below will walk through creating a new user in Droptop

 Instructions

  1. Login to Droptop using your username/password at https://droptop-app.com/login

  2. Click 'Account settings from the menu on the left.

  3. Under Operations & Staff select the ‘Technician’ button.

  4. Enter the users first and last name along with their email address. If they do not have a Lubezone email address, need to use their personal email address.

  5. Select the store location they are working at. This should be provided in the ticket. If multiple locations, select them as well.

  6. Select the ‘Generate Password’ button.

  7. Select ‘Save’.

  8. Respond back to the ticket with the message below.

'Hi,

This account has been setup for Droptop. Please have the user use the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login page and their email address to reset the password so they can login.'
